The location was perfect because we need some place outside the city center so that we can park our car there without the green eco badge that is otherwise required in Berlin. It was a maximum of 10 minutes walk to the tram, so we were at Alexanderplatz within half an hour. Breakfast was rather simple, but it corresponded to the price category of the hotel. The kids was very satisfied with pancake maker :-) We did not suppose good coffee, so we do not surprised - coffee is needed to buy somewhere else.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating , I love that there was a kitchen were I could keep my food in the fridge, the breakfast was very nice …enough value for the money paid

The hotel has very good infrastructure inside, pleased with the large children's area with toys and entertainment for adults in the lobby. Live music on Friday evening was a very pleasant surprise! Nice, clean rooms. varied breakfast. The price is very loyal for this set and Berlin!

The room and the beds were good and comfortable. The cleanliness was also ok. As the rooms contain 6 beds, more frequent cleaning of toilets is required. The staff very were cooperative ad polite. Self check-in is also very simple.
