Overall very good but some items in the room require attention. Safe didn’t work, desk light not working but as these were not really needed it was not an issue. Did however detract from general excellence

Cosy rooms in a great location on the wharf. Generous breakfast and friendly service. If you are taking a cruise, it’s walking distance to the dock too.

We travelled Scandinavia for 3 weeks and this is our first hotel we stayed at and it was exceptional value for money. The highlight has to be the breakfast selection, it was epic

Love the attention the staff given on my booking. I asked for a quiet room on a higher floor with a view preferably and I got that. Given that I had been travelling and arrived super early in the morning, I appreciate that the room was ready for me to check-in earlier so thank you for that. Receptionists were super lovely and helpful, room is good size and clean, Bed is comfortable. The lobby is cute, lots of choices for breakfast. Location is a bit of distance away from the central so it is nice to be away from the major crowds but you still have shops around.
