The lady on reception was very kind. She gave us advices for city tour and recommendation for restaurant which was great. The apartment was great with all stuff you need. Including coffee machine, capsules and milk. Pin code instead of key is great. The location is also super, 10 minutes walk from Bergamo old town. On sunday there is free parking down street if you are lucky to catch it. All recommendations!

Really convenient and well considered hotel. It was perfect for our short city break. The location is good - we walked to the Citta Alta and Bergamo train station during our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast pasties that were left outside our room every morning. Also, the staff were very friendly and courteous. I really liked that the hotel established a Whatsapp chat when we arrived for us to use to ask any questions during our stay.

Great spacious room with kitchen, good breakfast options in the room included. Very easy self check in access with all the needed details provided in advance, perfect when arriving late at night. Close to public transport routes and within walking distance to most tourist landmarks. Would recommend and book again when in Bergamo.
