Breakfast was excellent. View from location was beautiful. Owner Jack was so friendly and helpful. After leaving the hotel we contacted him regarding a bag we lost at a bus stop. He kindly went there and found it had been handed in. 😊. He then brought it to us at our next destination. Excellent service and kindness.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained, though the facilities are a bit dated—they have character and a certain charm. The staff are exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We enjoyed using their shuttle service to Cita Alta. On the morning of our departure, we were treated to a complimentary cappuccino, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

My room was rather small but very cosy, very nice! And the location?...Absolutely fantastic. Very quiet, very beautiful and extremely "green".

This is a lovely hotel located in countryside just 20 minutes walk from Città Alta in Bergamo.
