We really enjoyed having a spacious light room and the bed was very comfortable. The view of the old city especially at night was lovely. The buffet breakfast was great.

Breakfast was a good selection but I really don't like the coffee machines. Some of the bread rolls we're a bot hard so could be a little better and butter a little to cold to spread but was soon fixed with warming in hands.

The most appreciated aspect (besides the comfortable room, and cleanliness), was the flexibility and exceptional customer service we were offered. Thank you and we will definitely choose to stay here everytime we will be in Bergamo.
