Fantastic hotel, friendly staff, comfortable bed, choice of pillows which is important to me, good breakfast selection, right opposite the train station and bus station. I will definitely stay here again.

It’s a nice hotel, a few minutes away from the train station, perfectly located if you need to travel by train. Very nice and helpful staff. It’s at approx 30 min walk from Citta Alta, the historical center.

The room was comfortable and clean, with bottled water in the minibar, a few tea options and instant coffee — but only paper cups, which really surprised me. Also, no glass in the bathroom and no disposable slippers.

Perfectly situated next to rail stn. 20 minute €3 bus ride from bergamo airport. ¹. Door to door. Excellent very friendly and helpful reception staff a real credit to the company
