First of all, the staff. Luca was really helpeful, even before I arrived in Bergamo. He is willing to do whatever is necessary to make your experience as great as possible. The double room was spacious and very clean, which was nice. The location was also perfect for someone who likes to walk and it is close to restaurants, bars and a 30min walk from the main squares of Cittá Bassa. It’s a nice hotel to stay if you like to get to know local people!

Very friendly staff. The rooms are clean. Towels are changed every day. The breakfast is sufficient and delicious. I recommend it with both hands. The public transport stop is right in front of the hotel door.
