Efficency of the check-in, the fact that they allowed us into the rooms 2 hours before official check-in time. The packages available in bathrooms, with combs, toothbrushes etc. The complimentary drinks in the bar.

Very friendly staff - greeted with a smile from the gentleman on reception and the main lady in the breakfast room was keen to help. A lovely selection of Italian pastries and cakes with hot drinks.

Clean place, well-sized room. Public transportation connection to Città Alta and airport - not far away (100 m). The hotel is located in a shopping area. The personnel is nice.
