Great location for a peaceful stay. The host was amazing, showed us all of the animals and even let the children feed the lambs. Great facilities for children. Accommodation was spotless. They even left us tea, coffee, milk and cereal.

A convenient but quiet location. Good size sitting and sleeping space. Clean and well decorated rooms. Everything needed for cooking. Easy parking. On the outskirts of Bere Alston, which is served by a decent width road.

I liked the decor and beautiful views Breakfast cereals and milk in the fridge for a cup of tea on arrival were very welcomed Appreciated the later departure and earlier arrival - thank you The cost . It's the prices for everything today you don't seem to get much nowadays . Alternatives in the area were almost double . Perhaps local businesses are aware of university student intakes

Perfect for what we needed, left to our own devices, sweet place, well looked after and cosy, we all slept like logs, which is always a plus!!! Would definitely go back. Thankyou
