I really enjoyed my time at this place. The host family were so genuinly kind, welcoming and friendly. They left some little treats in my room as gifts during my stay like biscuits, sweets etc. The location is very central. I was in a 6 bed shared dorm and it was extremely clean and fresh and the beds feel very private with a little curtain and the addition of sturdy steps (with shelving inside) leading to the upper bunks. So much nicer than climbing down a ladder in the dark. They also allowed me to store my suitcase at the property after my check out for the day which was appreciated. The view from the property is beautiful and the home feels very peaceful. Plus they have a very sweet cat. I would happily stay here again 100% 😍

The location is good. The host is so nice and friendly even though they don’t speak english. Upon arrival, you get a slipper and two clean towels and extra blankets. The place is so clean and they always make sure there is paper in toilet. One evening, the host even made me pasta. The pasta was so tasty. Very authentic experience like living with an Albania family.

As a solo traveller, I felt incredibly welcomed from the moment I arrived. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with fresh towels and well-maintained bathroom facilities. I especially appreciated the extra blanket, which made a big difference during the chilly weather. The hosts were very thoughtful and made sure everything I needed was provided. A lovely touch was the breakfast, where they kindly offered juice and delicious Albanian sweets. Overall, a warm and comfortable stay that I would highly recommend anyone visiting Berat!

The location of the property was fantastic. It was very clean and the hosts were wonderfully warm and welcoming. The value for money at this location was incredible and I would highly recommend staying here.
