We had a very pleasant stay at the family-run brandnew and modern Villa Franco app.1 km far from the Old Town. The family was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite rich. Highlight was an excursion in Franco's car to the phantastic Osumi Canyon with far out views. We can highly recommend this place.

Nice clean hotel not too far from old berat . Owners son kindly took us in his car to the old castle of berat . Would stay here again if in the area .

Franko is an excellent host and the accommodation is new and extremely comfortable. We loved the location - a very short walk to the start of the old town and the paths up to the castle, but in a more 'normal' area. Locals out in the parks in the evening, hanging out in cafes and bars, getting a haircut etc... The terrace for breakfast is lovely, as was the coffee!

Perfect place to stay in Berat , the location is perfect ,the host helped us with the parking and suggested us some nice places to visit and nice restaurants,the hotel was amazing super clean as well,the breakfast in the terrace was delicious,We recommend it 100% you will not get disappointed 😄
