The kaiseki and breakfast were excellent. The bathas - in the room and the larger facility - were also as advertised and also excellent. Staff was super friendly and helpful when we arrived too early. The location for other sites in the city was good. We used buses and it was an easy to reach location. We loved the room, it was comfortable and well equipped.

Awesome everything! Traditional Japanese rooms, breakfast, several different baths without extra fee. Our best stay in Japan so far!

The room was spacious, the private onsen was nice. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast and dinner was elaborate and really well done.
