outside onsen bath was lovely, big room with great design . Lots of products and thoughtful items such as socks . Great staff

The staff were lovely and gave both a welcome gift and a departing gift, which I thought was a lovely touch. I enjoyed how spacious the room was and, of course, the outdoor bath. I also enjoyed the proximity to the Beppu Jigoku (Hells of Beppu).

Superb accomodation. Beautiful room, with a gorgeous private onsen, and a lovely loft too. Everything about this was dreamy... I would stay here again for sure. The breakfast and light dinner were delicious and nutritious, and the staff was kind and welcoming. Fantastic location too, as it's a short walk away from most of Beppu Jigoku; it's also a quiet and calm area. It's the ideal getaway.
