The room was quite big for Japanese standards, staff was very nice and the view from our room really beautiful: we could see both the mountains and the sea). They also offered a lot of amenities and there was a SPA floor (but we didn't tried it)

Location is good to connect with the ferry to Osaka or the bus to Fukuoka. Staff are very nice and for what's worth the price is reasonable.

Staff is friendly and accommodating, even with language differences. The breakfast buffet is great with a good selection of items. Room service is more frequent than advertised.
