Everything was fabulous. Dinner was great, everyone greeted us. Room and private onsen were large and clean. I would love to visit here again.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff provided exceptional, high-quality service and were incredibly professional. We opted for the "half-board" (one night, two meals) package, and the food was absolutely delicious! The onsen was very relaxing, and our room was spotless, well-organized, and extremely comfortable.

The stand out are the resort team. So welcoming, friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and enjoyed the bath experience

The staff were welcoming and accommodating to our requests. We did enjoy the food provided. Day 2 dinner and Day 3 breakfast was very good.
