The outdoor private onsen was pleasant surprise! Very good experience ! The welcome drinks and snacks was so good and the drinks in the evening were better than some of the sake and shochu that I have paid for . And the massage chair in the amusement room was better than the renowned Osim massage chair . Staff were most helpful in making sure we had a good time . Loved the spacious room. Also this hotel’s yukata was the most comfortable I had in the last 10 days traveling in Japan

The bed was big and comfortable. They gave us 2 pillows each so we were able to stack up the pillows which made our sleep more comfortable. The view from the room was beautiful. We could see the sea from our room. They also provided free drinks whole day and snacks (grilled mushroom, marshmallow over charcoal, steamed sweet potatoes, onigiri rice etc) from 3 to 10 pm. They also had free liquor from 6-10 pm. This is a v nice touch. There is a public onsen on the third floor.

Everything was excellent. Food was delicious and plentiful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Public onsen was quite nice too. Location makes the bus to the Ropeway very accessible.
