Wheelchair accessible. Staff assist to press lift button when she see my mother (on wheelchair) proceeding to lift. Spacious room. Walking distance to eatery and morning market. Microwave and water dispenser for hotel guest use. Toiletries provided.

location was good for walking around Bentong town for shopping and eating.Facilities were basic but adequate for the price.

It's a great hotel for visiting Bentong. It's small, friendly and helpful staff, clean. Price-quality is great. Not many tourists visit Bentong, keep in mind, it's very local. It's the best hotel of Bentong. We made a pitstop of 2 nights here. Between KL and Taman Negara. Its a really small town but super local. You can take grabs to the waterfall and elephant sanctuary (def not recommended), but keep in mind you cant take any back.. You have to arrange something.
