We had a very pleasant stay at this place and happily recommend to others. The check-in process was smooth, with friendly owner who made us feel welcome from the start. Our check-in was late midnight though uncle Henry was awake and welcomed with smile.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Cannot fault. Beyond perfect for my wife and two children aged 3 & 1. There is enough separation between the two villas that our kids didn’t bother the other parties trip and they didn’t bother us. Staff were incredibly accommodating and very kind. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely come back again! There is a great beach club a 5 minute Tuk Tuk away (costs about 400 rupees each way) which is great to hang out at (see pictures) that we spent a good few evenings and days when you want beach instead of pool.

It was a fantastic chilled setting to finish our travels around Sri Lanka. All the staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The rooms were very spacious and there was a separate room for our daughter. This allowed us to have lunch and dinner on the dining table outside her room, so we could eat in peace while she slept. The food at Villa80 was fantastic! Fresh locally sourced fish each day for lunch. Crab curry for dinner was also a highlight and the breakfast each morning was also brilliant, particularly the Sri Lanka breakfast. Villa80 is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops etc, all easy to travelling in a tuk tuk within a few minutes. The pool was also brilliant and our daughter loved the slide!

The staff were really friendly and great with the kids. Our kids loved the pool. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We would highly recommend stopping here.
