The accommodation is in a central location and you can get everywhere fast. (Beach, City, Café) The accommodation had pretty much everything you could need – and the kitchen made our stay eve better. When there was something we needed there was the Family in the House Next door (at any time)

Good location. Room is spacious, equipped with AC and furniture. There is a small kitchen where you can prepare basics meals. There is also a big fridge to keep your water and food cool. Outside there is a patio with table and chairs, however it is surrounded with walls, hence it was quite hot there.

Highly encourage staying here! We are a couple in late 20s and early 30s from Ireland and Australia. We weren't going to come to Bentota, but last minute decided to and it did not disappoint. The beach town is cute and has a massive wide beach. Less touristy and more locals, with nobody hassling you. We were a little skeptical at first as there were no reviews, but this place is amazing. It's an entire apartment with a kitchen, all cooking equipment needed and a fridge/freezer to keep your food and water nice and cold. It has an outdoor setting and nice modern bathroom. The bed is super comfy, it has a mosquito net that sits around the 4 posts of the bed so it doesn't interfere with your sleep. It also has a fan and aircon. Plenty of storage and a mirror for getting ready in front of. When we arrived we got greeted with 2 lovely coconuts for drinking and had adorable flower arrangement on our bed. It really add an extra touch. The staff and family are so polite and welcoming, even showed us around and how to get to the beach. The apartment is about 5 min walk to beach and train station making it an easy location to get to and from. I can not fault this place as it is newly built and everything is in immaculate condition.
