This property ticks all the boxes. Parking for two cars, location 3 minutes walk from Pegasus Bridge, Les Planeurs restaurant and Café Gondrée. 7 minutes walk to the Pegasus Bridge Memorial Museum and 3 minutes to the wonderful Ham & Jam Creperie. Two hotel restaurants are a 10 minute walk away (Hotel Le Glycine and Manoir Hastings) and 15 minutes to the local Tabac. There's a nice woodland cut-through, picnic area that takes you through to the river and behind Les Planeurs too. A Hyper-U is a 20 minute walk (5 minute drive) away too. The property is great if you have elderly or physically impaired people with you as there is a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor with a further double and twin room and another bathroom upstairs. Note: The tourist/gift shop under Les Planeurs Restaurant is the cheapest I came across in Normandy. Great selection and nice staff too.
