An exceptional stay from start to finish. The staff was professional, kind, and always ready to help, while daily housekeeping kept everything spotless with fresh towels and linens. We stayed at the hotel from July 22 to July 29. We got an older room with a cosmetic renovation. The hairdryer was broken, but it was immediately replaced for us. Towels and bed linen were changed twice during our 7-night stay, which was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We would like to thank Daniel for his attention and quick response to our requests. Having air conditioning in the room was also a nice bonus. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Excursion travels were right outside of the hotel - lovely man there who is great and gives honest advice. 3 very helpful and knowledgeable staff at the hotel that are always happy to help. They have beach towels spare for you to use. The AC in the room can be useful if the heat is too much. Balcony is nice. Fridge / kettle are very useful. It's definitely a budget hotel but very welcoming and located on the strip with about a 5 minute walk to Benitses town and a 1 minute walk to the beach for Sunrise.
