The location. The view (we had flat with sea view). Friendly staff (Sophia is very helpful with everything). Direct access to pebble beach. Bakery next to the building. Garden with deckchairs. Parking nearby.

Perfect location - very close to the beach, restaurants, bars, markets, bakery, bus stop, everything! Super nice, welcoming, and helpful housekeeper, Sofia. Good communication with the manager, too. The house was practically on the beach, which was my main goal for this trip, so it was perfect! Very convenient bus communication with the capital and nice trekking trails.

I definitely recommend this place. At first sight, it seemed a bit neglected, but once you get used to the town of Benitses – full of abandoned buildings but offering excellent services and restaurants – you start to see the beauty of this accommodation as well. It has a small private beach with crystal-clear water, and thanks to daily cleaning, the facilities are spotless and very well maintained. Restaurants, a supermarket, bakery are just a short walk away.
