The fine print
In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. It’s a rule that’s not widely known. This record needs to be shared with the authorities, like the Civil Guard, to ensure public safety.The traveler registration form must be filled in at check-in with the details of guests aged 16 and over. The registration form must be sent to the authorities within 24 hours of the arrival or departure of the guests. And also, the travel registrations must be registered by the host in a travel register book, which can be in physical or digital format, with a minimum of 100 pages and a maximum of 500 pages.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Communication with the Villa was excellent. Language was not a barrier with a little bit of help from Google Translate! The pool area is beautiful and there are lots of comfy seating areas in the shade and in the Sun. There were lots of little extras for example, some milk and beer and wine in the fridge, liquid soap in the bathroom and plenty of toilet rolls, et cetera and plenty of cleaning equipment. We were very comfortable and relaxed. There is a supermarket straight opposite and Lidl is only 10 minutes walk. There’s a beautiful Italian restaurant opposite where we had two fantastic meals. We arrived very late at night and the owner was there waiting for us. Also when we left we were able to leave our suitcases there and pop back for them later. This villa is a perfect venue for an extended family holiday as 10 people or more could easily and comfortably stay there. We were given three sets of keys which is very useful and unusual. The owner returned my deposit on the same day that we left

The villa was really spacious and the location was only a 30ish min walk to the main strip - lots of taxis on route, which were only around £6. It was also super close to shops including Iceland, Lidl and Aldi. The beds were very comfy and rooms a really good size. Julia greeted us when we arrived to give us a tour of the villa (we didn't get there until 10pm). Would definitely stay here again!

The properly was big had all that facilities we needed for a big group would definitely stop here again was about 25 min walk to most bars and restaurants would definitely recommend x
