Excellent staff who were very accommodating, good location, good value for money. Drinks available in the hotel for reasonable prices, gym available. The pool was small but adequate and quiet.

The staff were very nice. I had no issues but there was an incident with some younger lads the staff handled this in a professional manor. It is important for guests to behave in a respectful manor but it is Benidorm as always the staff do their best.

Excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and accommodating, very helpful as a girl travelling alone. Room was spacious and well equipped, shocked at the facilities for the price. Perfect location, the pool bar offered pizzas, drinks, well stocked vending machine and plenty of sun loungers. Would 100% stay again
