We had such a lovely time in this hotel. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. We had an issue with a taxi company, and the lady at the reception was so helpful in sorting it out. The hotel itself is in a great location, and it looks beautiful as you enter. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay again if I ever go back to sunny Benidorm

Amazingly clean and beautiful foyer and gardens. The staff who keep this hotel clean and well kept certainly do an amazing job.

Reception staff knew so didnt know how to process our registration. We were told the room wasn't ready and to come back at four pm! On return the room still wasn't ready so they had to change us rooms
