Perfectly placed The lift was opposite our bedroom door. So when we got out of the lift the restaurant was straight in front of us. The food was excellent

Stayed with my husband for a few nights and it was such a perfect hotel! I’ve never stayed in a hotel with such amazing views, all of the rooms have stunning sea views and it was such a perfect location. Having a drink on the terrace by the bar was also so nice overlooking the sea, our room was spotless it was cleaned thoroughly every day when we was only there for 3 days, couldn’t fault the hotel at all!

Lovely hotel with amazing sea views Staff are really nice and helpful Rooms cleaned daily Breakfast was good with plenty of options Indoor pool was good although Jacuzzi was not working Great size bar with lots of seating areas and dance floor..although not a lot of entertainment on, maybe just the time of year 🤷 Room is small but the views make up for it. Remote control black out blinds to separate balcony and bedroom. Really small space for toilet, with sliding glass door..not much privacy One of the balcony window blinds was broke so had to be left down Only one handle on window, none on other side Fridge did not work Sliding glass door at the toilet was shattered on the bottom corner and held together with tape, some broke off on floor during stay, made cleaning staff aware who got in touch with maintenance, but they could only retape it Regardless of the minor issues we would definitely return. We were out most of the time so it didn't bother us as much. The location is great and close to everything with plenty of shops & bars on your doorstep 😁

When we arrived at the Hotel, was greeted by a friendly receptionist, good start. We stayed in room 8 had a side sea view, would of liked an higher room, next time we will book sea view. The rooms was spotless clean, has was the hotel. We have stayed in a lot of hotels in benidorm, the terrace at the KAKTUS has stunning views, which we loved. The bar really cheap pint of lager €3😊which for a hotel is really good. Staff couldn't do enough for you very friendly. Evening meal plenty to chose from. Breakfast was you expect in a Spanish hotel. All in all great hotel, which we are looking forward to visit again soon.
