Jeffrey “Lovely Spanish hotel in the Old Town”

The location was superb and we had a great room with an enormous terrace/balcony on the 5th floor. Views were fantastic. Continental breakfast in the main was enough for us. There was an attempt at bacon, sausage, egg Spanish style. But we were happy with the Continental choice. Getting served, and once served, in the general cafe bar on the ground floor (open to the public) was difficult. Tended to be ignored by staff, but to be fair, it was always busy. Spanish people always got free tapas/crisps/olives with their drinks. Nothing was brought to us - until I started asking, and then not always.

The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were excellent. Every staff I met was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient, including attractions such as the Old Town, beautiful Poniente beach, scenic views, and more.
