Big rooms with comfy beds and excellent shower. Everywhere in hotel very clean and tidy. Very helpful staff. Loved the roof top pool.

Staff were very welcoming. Everyone was very pleasant and took time to speak to you. Cleanliness of hotel was very good in all areas. Rooftop pool was amazing, views right out to the beach!!

Overall it is a fabulous hotel and if the food was brought up to the same standard it would be the best hotel in Benidorm in my opinion

The hotel staff were excellent, very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is impeccably presented and is extremely well maintained. We did not think we would find a hotel of such a high standard in the centre of Benidorm but we were all pleasantly surprised. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The atmosphere at the hotel is pleasant and calm, no small feat given the location.
