Stayed here two years ago and had a great time and ur was no different this time. We will be back next summer. Bar , entertainment and reception staff are top human beings and love the hotel in general. The facilities and spa is lovely.

Everything was good. Food, staff, comfort of room, excellent AC, brilliant animation (long haired guy - Johnny I think - is absolutely superb, very funny and very engaging).

My stay at this hotel was simply amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a perfect stay. The location is also ideal, with easy access to the city’s main attractions. Breakfast and dinner was delicious, with plenty of choices for every taste. I would like to express my deep gratitude to Oscar, Milagros, and Maxim. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel not just like a guest, but like part of a family. They are a true credit to the hotel, and because of them, my experience was unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a personal touch that makes all the difference!
