Please note that access to building is done through stairs, leading to the lift area. 50 meters from Benidorm's Poniente beach: through some stairs or 300 meters on the sidewalk.Please note that towels are changed every 4 days and bed linen once a week.Please note the safety deposit box is available at an extra cost. The hotel will provide further information on this.Please note that upon arrival you should ring the bell at the main door. A member of staff will open the door for you to proceed with check-in and key collection.A surcharge of 40€ applies for arrivals after 22:00h. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.This property accepts pets on request. Guests travelling with a pet are charged the following surcharges: EUR 10 per pet per night, with a minimum of EUR 25 per stay. Maximum weight allowed: 8kg and maximum 2 pets per apartment.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Very clean, excellent views, comfy. Slight issues of no wine glasses, large glasses or scissors but these were not an issue.

Location for me was good as it was not the first time for me in Benidorm however you should know that it is far from the city center. You have to take a bus or walk approx 30-40 mins through the beachside to reach the center. My apartment was on the second floor and they offered me an apartment on a higher floor for a small plus amount to have a better view however my booked apartment was enough for me. The view was also amazing from there. I could checkin earlier but probably because of low season. There was an envelope on the table with my name on it with a heart sign, and in the envelope there was a discount coupon for a next stay. This gesture was very nice 🙂
