The room was spacious, clean and on the ground floor. There was a shared kitchen and space in a secure yard for our car. We were met by Valentina who was very helpful. The kitchen has a microwave, coffee machine and fridge. The Italian style breakfast is self service and is set out on your table and shelf in the fridge. The property is about 300 metres beyond the two apartment blocks on the same road, out in the countryside on the left hand side. It has two house numbers 25 and 47 on the gate. Access is via the labelled bell. The property is an easy walk to the main sites in town (10 to 15 minutes.).

Lovely place located an easy 15 minute walk to central Benevento Private off-street gated parking Clean, comfortable room with ensuite bathroom Good communication and checking process with host. Italian (sweet) breakfast included. Shared kitchen and fridge could be used by guests.
