Been here a few times, so my expectations were well set and they were met. Nothing to complain about really. I did try to vary the bedding arrangements a month out ... and although that was not possible it seemed ... but on arrival the 1 bedroom became 2 bedrooms. Whilst that was great, a day's notice would have saved travelling with a camp bed.

Fabulous location and perfect size for our group. A few small issues... the lightbilb on one bedside table wasn't working and more importantly no accessible powerpoints in the bedrooms. That seems insane to me. Otherwise everything wonderful.

The room had alot of maintenance that needs doing. Bull dog clips to hold up the curtains, in the lounge area, couldnt close them so people walking by could see in. Air conditioner control wouldn't work, so we had to turn off at the switch. Onsuite shower dripped, and water pipes banging all night. Main bathroom the shower door kept opening while showering, water going out onto the floor. I did report about the air-conditioning, to a staff member, her reply she will write it in book, for the next day. We had just arrived.

The air cond needed servicing as the inside unit was noisy. The mattress needs to be replaced as it is too flexible for 2 people. You can hear the upstairs plumbing. The wifi was appalling, kept droping out so it became useless.
