Everything, pretty much. The location, in a gated estate between the village and the beach, is absolutely ideal. Some of the nearby restaurants, especially on the beach, are amazing, particularly Southern Deck, which is the nearest to the apartment. The gated estate is lovely, the pool is excellent, the surrounding area is full of birds. And the beach is just perfect. The lovely village of Benaulim is also just a short walk and has all amenities. We really enjoyed our stay here and we’re definitely thinking of returning.

From the moment I arrived, I could feel the calm and charm of the place. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a peaceful vibe. What I loved most was how close it is to the beach — just a short 5-minute walk, perfect for morning walks and evening sunsets. It really felt like a home by the sea, not just a stay. I left with lovely memories and can’t wait to come back again!
