Nice hotel, very hospitable staff.,always helpful with every request Krishna ji at the restaurant and Manusha (the head of room service) did a very good job. Breakfast was nice. Room size is good Overall it was perfect

The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Everyone—from the reception and housekeeping to the restaurant team—demonstrated outstanding hospitality. The resort was also extremely kid-friendly, and we received more support for our infant than we had expected, which made our stay truly enjoyable and comfortable. They went out of their way to prepare baby-friendly meals on request, using ghee and minimal spices, just as we asked. The food was excellent overall, including the breakfast and the all-day dining options at Zodiac.

The staff is very cooperative. During our stay, they acceded to our requests (early checkin, late check out, exceptional room service) and made sure that our stay was comfortable. The property is fancy yet simple. Food was delicious. Breakfast had a wide spread and lots of vegetarian options.

It was good. Booking.com showed amenities like hot tub etc and clips were different than we booked. Airport shuttle was way too expensive . Usually. Airport shuttles in a hotel like these are provided by default. Otherwise , it was good stay
