If you have any questions or need any recommendations, please don't hesitate to contact us.The opening and use of the community facilities, including the swimming pool, will depend on the decisions of the residents' association.-The swimming pool is available from April 1, 2026 to September 15, 2026
-The swimming pool will open only from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.-The main guest must be at least 18 years old to book
-Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement upon confirming their booking
-Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning costs that may occur as a result of their stay
-No smoking allowed
-Pets are not allowed.
-No parties, events, or excessive noise allowed.
-Failure to comply with the rules results in a fine of $66 or €60.
-Please note that after 8:00 PM, only urgent incidents will be attended to. Non-urgent interventions that require the presence or intervention of staff outside of these hours may incur an additional cost.
- Late check-out depends on availability and must be requested in advance. Conversely, a late check-out (after 11:00) may affect cleaning or other bookings and carries an additional surcharge starting from €60.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the smooth operation of the property and providing excellent service to all our guests.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Location was great,very close to the beach an promenade.There were also some restaurants and small shops nearby.Mercadona was 7 minutes away by foot.We worried about parking but we were able to find free parking spots every day.The apartament looks beautiful and cosy.

Great location directly across from the stunning beach. The complex itself is lovely and very well maintained. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars nearby. We liked that it was slightly further out from the main tourist area as it felt more Spanish. It’s around 25 minutes to walk to the marina. The apartment is really well equipped. We didn’t cook but if you wanted to there appears to be everything you would need. I liked that they provided shampoo & shower gel.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The apartment was beautiful, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect – close to everything we needed, yet quiet and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.
