The views from the apartment are amazing!! The place is so clean and modern and the balcony was huge!! We heard of so many other people booking through booking.com and not getting what they expected but this is EXACTLY how described and better!! We stayed with a family of 5 (3 kids aged 7,10,15) and was more than enough room. The location is central to everything with shops, restaurants (even a McDonald's just on the corner) and the beach right facing. The host, Cristina was AMAZING!! She helped more than most staff at 5 star hotels, when we arrived it was small touches like sweets and colouring books left for our children, any small problem she responded instantly and was always so helpful. She made our stay so at ease and we would definitely return because of how special she made our family holiday. We honestly couldn't thank Cristina enough she is a wonderful host!

We had a great stay! This apartment was lovely, had everything we needed. It was close to the beach restaurants etc Cristina was so helpful & linked in with us to see if we needed any help throughout our stay.

The apartment is in a really central location in the Benal Beach holiday resort. The balcony faces the beach and the main street is nearby. So, location is excellent, if the sounds of beach life and the street don't bother. The service was really good and friendly. We got answers to questions quickly and picking up the keys from the reception went smoothly. All services can be found within walking distance next to the holiday resort. Next to the hotel is a park, where there is a lot to do for children and fitness equipment for adults. The apartment was clean and cozy. Candy and drawing tools had been left for the children.
