The fine print
Directions to Mango Home B&B: From Ho Chi Minh City head to Ben Tre city centre, connect to Dong Khoi Boulevard in Ben Tre and turn left (eastward). Travel on the 885 Highway for about 6 km towards Giong Trom District and Chet Say Bridge. Mango Home B&B is located 700 metres after crossing this bridge on the right hand side and a short 8-minute walk through the village.

During our 3 weeks in Vietnam, this was by far the nicest property we stayed at. The property is beautiful, the staff are wonderful, the grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, very clean and the bathroom is huge. Nice swimming pool. Good breakfast. The staff could not be nicer and more helpful. The tours are local and on a small scale. You visit a local home, where rice paper and rice wine is made. Visit a cocotree farm and a trip on the river. All the staff they employ, and there a quite a few, are local.

Lovely place for a restful break from the cities. The staff are really helpful, friendly and chatty and arranged a great trip visiting a couple of local family businesses and interesting boat trips which we will always remember. Pool was lovely... Deep enough to swim and really clean, food was wonderful and they had a vegan menu which was the cherry on the cake (food talk!). We went for a bike ride at about the busiest time, which was mad, but we were given a map and followed a lovely quiet route after getting off the main road. Highly recommend this lovely place.

Beautiful setting in lush green surroundings right next to river. Very quiet but I guess that’s very different in high season, but it’s a big place with many places to chill & relax.

Beautiful grounds and property, efficient transfer service from the resort to the main road, clean pool, great housekeeping and friendly staff that cannot do enough for you.
