Paul “Very reasonable place to stay if you want to explore the different resorts”

British tourists should know this is a very small and local ski resort ideal for young kids learning to ski.. The hotel is right on the slope and the village is small and quiet. The restaurant and bar are very lively and the only social attraction around. There is not much else to see/do. However, it’s very near all the main resorts (45 mins). We rented a car and drove to a different one each day and found it incredibly straightforward. You can park right by the lifts for free (or maximum 12 euros a day) even in peak season and get reasonably priced day passes. This freedom to try out different places and chase the best conditions was a bit of a revelation even though we ski every year. The other bonus was that ski hire next to the hotel was very reasonable and lovely staff.
