The fine print
Please note guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The credit card holder needs to be present and the credit card needs to match the one used to guarantee the booking. In case the booking is done by another cardholder, other than the guest, we will need proof such as: a credit card copy (recto/verso) of the cardholder, a correspondence of the cardholder allowing us to use their credit card and ID card/passport of the cardholder.Room rates on 24 December include a Christmas gala dinner and the rates on 31 December include a New Years gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.As per section 5 of the "The financial Intelligence and Anti-Money Laudering Act":"any person who makes or accepts any payment in cash in excess of 500,000 rupees or an equivalent amount in foreign currency shall commit and offence. Section 8. of the same Act Provides that any person who commit such an offence shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 2 million rupees and to penal servitude for a term not exceeding 10 years.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The staff were amazing. They were very friendly and eager to serve wth love. They went out of their way to help and we connected well with all of them.They are your best asset. We received an upgrade to our room without request. We can't mention every staff member but we would like to say thank you to Balram,Rati, Sheila, Alisha, Ackhia, Aslam, Sweta, Vassen (he cleaned our room) etc . Being an Adults only resort is a bonus. The beach is lovely, the pool is awesome and we had many choices for breakfast and dinner.

The staff were genuinely friendly and always smiling – a big contrast to other 5-star resorts I’ve stayed in. The room was spotless with strong air con and WiFi. The pool was cleaned daily, sunbeds always available, and the beach was immaculate. Food was varied and consistently delicious. Loads of activities too – kayaking, volleyball, table tennis, aqua aerobics. Service felt personal.
