Exactly what we were looking for with two kids. Huge amounts of space: full living, kitchen and two well-separated bedrooms, plus a patio, sunroom and actual garage on top, all nicely renovated to boot. Ground floor with a garden, right across the road from a park and then the channel. Couldn't get better. Would come back in a heartbeat.
