Location was superb and ideal for being central to everything. Shopping , restaurants and ferries. Bellagio is so beautiful and October was the ideal time to visit. Hotel location was very quiet at night to sleep as it’s just off the main busy areas. I loved the bells from the nearby church. Staff were very friendly and helpful and responsive when needed. Rooms were small but very clean with great daily room servicing. I absolutely loved the sheets, and the toiletries they felt very luxurious. It was a very good stay and I would be happy to return.

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good value and varied, with all meals served in a glazed room with great views over neighbouring buildings, mountains, and lake shore.
