We liked everything about this property even the 63 steps to it. After 2 days you can race up the steps!! Our room was lovely and we had access to a sunny terrace which we used daily. Everything was spotless and breakfast was amazing. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend it. It is a family run hotel, and that kindness and consideration is on show. Thankyou fior a lovely stay.

Beautiful old hotel with gorgeous surroundings. Lovely room with a view out to the gardens. Excellent facilities, friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast. Loved eating out in the gardens courtyard. Comfy bed. Traditional decor, very clean and lovely. Great location very close to ferry terminal, restauarants, shops etc. Highly recommend.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. They made the visit to Bellagio special. The breakfast had a great choice and they make really good cappuccinos. The property is very pretty and very clean.
