The room was amazing, great views, very clean and the staff without exception were absolutely fantastic, making us feel welcome and sharing their local knowledge. I would definitely recommend this as a base to explore Lake Como.

We loved the view of the lake (we booked deluxe room with lake view) and we spent many hours drinking wine on our sun loungers. The breakfast was amazing and shuttle service was convenient!

Absolutely stunning location! The staff are exceptional! Truly the best service and hospitality we experienced during our Europe stay. Rooms were clean and housekeeping services were great. This is deserving of a rating well above their 3 star rating.
