The person we were in contact with was very friendly, helpful and flexible. The flat, right in the centre, offers a stunning view of the lake; is bright, spacious and in absolutely spotless condition! The mattress was a bit old, but for everything else: 5 stars! We highly recommend it!

Great position. Excellent views over the lake. Awesome wine bar next door. Well appointed lounge and dining area to relax.

The location was right outside the ZTL zone which was near to the famous steps and the start of the walking area. Was pretty easy to get into the apartment, even though it was on the 3rd floor. There wasn't any parking given, so it was difficult to find parking nearby. The toilet was clean and the towels were fresh and nice.
