As a professional working in the tourism industry, I understand that human errors can occur even with the highest standards; therefore, I regarded the unacceptable reception by the outdoor staff upon arrival as an isolated incident. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the hotel management and the reception team, as they handled my complaint with utmost professionalism and a truly guest-centric approach. The internal staff was consistently helpful, prompt, and attentive throughout our stay, demonstrating genuine hospitality.
