Location and staff. The concierge (sorry I didn't get his name!) was so helpful. Nice bars and restaurants attached to the hotel were great as the weather wasn't nice for walking too far!

We had a lovely stay in the triple room, which was delightful and spacious the layout was perfect for us with a single bed and a king-size bed that we're both incredibly comfortable the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay

Hotel is beautiful rooms lovely and comfortable we had 2 triple rooms. Location was amazing staff very pleasant and breakfast was nice.
