Wow. Firstly the staff. Every member proactive and service oriented, in a VERY friendly and engaging way. Ciara, Vicky, Hanna and Kathryn….. thanks so much for making our stay absolutely super! The property itself if beautiful. Location near Uni precinct very nice. The meals were exceptional. The rooms had so many of the little touches that make a difference. Best all round stay experience for a very long time for a couple who travels a lot.
