I've stayed at Moxy in York before and loved the social aspect of the reception area and the decor so that and the central location was why we (a group of 7 girls) chose to stay here. Check in was easy and we received a welcome drink which was a lovely touch. The hotel had actually only opened a few days before so everywhere was immaculate. Rooms are good sized, beds are so comfy and the showers are the perfect pressure. Staff were all so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again 😀

Hotel staff were very welcoming and attentive and were telling us about the hotel only opening this week. They also gave us recommendations of where to go in the city. The room was clean and you could tell everything was new and had been done to a high standard. Bed was comfy and good size bathroom and shower. Welcome drink on arrival which we had in the bar area where there were board games and pool table.

Excellent location just a few minutes from city hall. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and hotel was lovely, clean and vibrant with lots of spill out spaces.
