Everything about our stay was absolutely fabulous. The lodge was the cutest – spotless throughout, with every little detail carefully thought out. Colum was amazing. Truly nothing was too much trouble for him, he went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Breakfast arrived in the most charming basket and was just as lovely as the rest of the experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to stay again!

What a lovely place! Nice and big room with a spotless bathroom. Breakfast basket was delivered to the room in the morning at agreed hour - our vegetarian breakfast was delicious and beautiful! The host was welcoming and attentive. Beware the mobile reception might be poor. It's good there was wi-fi available.

The hosts were very attentive and welcoming. There was a 'treats package' on arrival and milk, tea and coffee ready to use. The accomodation was spotless and furnishings comfortable and like new. The location was perfect. Out of the hussle and bussle of the city, but just a short drive (30 mins) to all the city centre attractions, and also ideally located for countryside drives through places of outstanding natural beauty. We appreciated Colum dropping by each evening to check if we needed anything, and chatting about our day, and for droppong by to say goodbye, before we left. The front of the lodge was an absolute sun trap in the late afternoons / evenings, with garden furniture on which to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or beer after a busy day exploring. A very relaxed and enjoyable stay.
