I didn’t have your breakfast I must admit as we always got breakfast on our way out but we did use your tea and coffee facilities. Thank you. The staff were amazing always helpful always friendly and I’ve got a feeling The Man that was always there with a gorgeous dog, the Labrador might have been the manager I love the fact that there were dogs there it was gorgeous. It was very very high standard for an ibis specially a budget ibis I like the road and all the local restaurants and the pub opposite it was brilliant thank you.

We were delayed by a day and missed our original check-in date and time. Upon emailing the hotel to let them know we would still be coming, we got a quick response back, letting us know it would not be a problem, and expressing sympathy for our plight. Really good communication from the hotel. When we finally did arrive the room was all organized and Luke the very helpful staff member we'd been dealing with gave us a warm welcome. The hotel itself was exactly as described - better in fact given it's well stocked bar and pleasant bar area. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel is so convenient to Belfast City Centre & to lots of restaurants & shops, the staff throughout the whole hotel are so friendly, welcoming & helpful, nothing is too much trouble, it's also super pet friendly & my dog is always spoilt rotten by management, staff & guests, I love staying here & always go back ... a big thank you to everyone who works in the Ibis Budget Hotel Belfast ❤️ 🐶
