I just wanted a clean, cheap place to sleep as I planned to be out most days. This was fine.

The location is great. Parking worked well so reduced to £12.50 for 24 hours with validated ticket from Reception. Liked that real coffee was free in the morning and instant and tea at all other times. Even if not paying extra for breakfast but £7 was okay value if you wanted to fill your boots. They have a fridge if you need anything kept fresh behind reception. Staff were friendly but no idea at customer service or putting a retired couple in an appropriate room. Why give us the bunk room for an extra kid and on 2nd floor when we wanted sleep well. I requested a quiet room on a high floor.

I arrived with my dog & the staff that were working made myself & the dog feel so welcome, the rooms are very clean & tidy & I liked the way the shower & toilet are separate, the dog was contented & relaxed with lots of people making a fuss out of her, the location is great & is close to bars, cafes, restaurants & a Tesco local, all in all a good stay
